Or possibly Sloan Bros. This piece was previously identified as Tiffin, but the colors are not Tiffin. This item is from the same line as an amber footed stem shown on pages 52 (bottom right) and 84 (top left) of Murschell's monograph.

The etch has been called "Floral & Shield" in the past. The Potomac name is unknown.
