This overlay has been found with a Rockwell label. Company name for the design is unknown but our boad member Kathleen Ervin who is a silver overly researcher has named the overlay Thicket. Ms Ervin tells us that Rockwell isn't always marked. Often it has the acid-etched shield on the older pieces (most of the newer ones were basically all paper labels).
Overlay is shown on a Fostoria #2387 Vase which was designed by the designer Sakier.
