These catalogue pages were purchased by Harold Stoetzer as loose leaf sheets. Some of the sheets in the packet he purchased are in other publications but those publications were not able to reproduce the sheets in the same size or document the written text in the catalogue pages.
Note that the sheets have both Viking and New Martinsville Glass Co brands on each sheet.
