The catalog page reprint identifies this piece as being made by 'Wheatoncraft - creators of handmade glassware'. The cup is item #254 and the saucer is #256, and the pattern was previously produced by Kemple Glass. Wheaton acquired these molds in July of 1970, and added the 'W' to the 'K' mark pressed in the bottom.
