This vase is 10 1/4" high.

Yes it is a PC Swanson. I am not familiar with the decoration however. I was planning on posting one of these to the gallery with the Swan Decoration by Depasse Pearsall because in reviewing vases in the gallery there were not any Swansons. I have seven cobalt Swansons in two variations. The variations have to do with the panel optic inside the vase. If the glass is thick the outside of the vase is smooth. If the glass is thinner the panel optic seems to come though to the outside. Yours seems to be of the thinner variety. Gene

This same etch has been found on a salver and pair of Duncan candlesticks--so it may be from a decorating company. Haven't found it yet in Lotus, or Wheeling, but they're still possibilities.
