The plate is 10 1/2"; the collar is 2 7/8"; the stem is 11/16" and six sided w/o a ring; the handle is 3 7/8" tall (measured from the top of the collar) by 2 5/16 wide. There is a deep dimple on the bottom and no ring. The dimple sinks in almost a 1/2" and the collar on the top rises straight up from the plate almost 1/8".
