The pitcher is Hazel-Atlas Item "1876 - 54 oz. Pressed Water Pitcher - Ice Lip." This pitcher can be found on page 123 of HMW2. It is the second item from the left, top row. The pitcher was made in the late 1930s. The matching 1709-9 Oz. Light Weight Table Tumbler is also illustrated on page 123.
