Inez Austin shows this handle on page 40 of her "Guide to ID of Glass Center Handle Servers" published by the West Virginia Museum of American Glass.

The plate on this CHS is 10 1/2" with a deep dimple on the bottom. The collar is 2 7/8", double optic appearing slightly concave. The stem is 11/16" measured front to back and has no ring, but widens as it reaches the collar. The handle is a shovel type with a deep "V" and is 3 5/8" tall measured from the top of the collar by 2 9/32" wide.
