Plate 12"; Foot 4 3/16"; Collar 2 11/16"; Stem 21/32"; Handle 2 5/8" wide by 4 1/2" tall measured from collar. In "Colored Glass of the Depression Era, Book2" by Weatherman, this CHS is shown as Hocking Ring pattern on page 136.
According to Tom Felt, "Lancaster was acquired by Hocking in 1923 and operated as a division until 1933, when the companies were merged to form Anchor Hocking. Very often they produced the same patterns (or versions of the same pattern, like the plain no. 141 candlesti....) So there could be minor variations between Hocking Ring and Lancaster Circus, but they could just as easily be identical."
