This shape is shown on page 30 of the Whitmyer's book 'Fenton Art Glass 1907-1939' with the Banded Laurel decoration. This translucent blue color was introduced around 1915. The shape can also be found as the bottom of a powder box.
Measurements are 4 5/8" wide at the top; 1 15/16 wide at the base and 2 1/8" tall.
