Bryce "Paige" or Scrolls Needle Etch
Originally this etching was believed to be a Central etching, because it was found on a blank that was believed to be Central. At that time it was called Paige.

Later it was found on a different Bryce stem. Bryce also made a stem very similar to the Central stem and therefore it has been determined that it is a Bryce product.

The stem on the right is Bryce line number 460. The stem on the left is Bryce line number 854-1. The -1 indicates that the stem has the Paige (Collector name) etch on it. Replacements calls this etch Scrolls Needle Etch

Another reason it was so readily accepted as Central is the Art Nouveau grace of the etch which has the same period feel as Central's Balda etching. The creater of the Balda etch, Joe Balda, may have worked for both companies.

This stem has also been found in green.
